All registration purchases for Wellist are non-refundable. Due to the nature of event planning and capacity management, we are unable to accommodate refund requests. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
Pass Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost, prior to Event check-in:
- Use the official transfer link in your registration confirmation email.
- Transfers must be finalized before check-in and are subject to Wellist's approval of the substitute attendee.
- The new attendee receives their own confirmation and checks in with their own credentials.
A transfer does not entitle anyone to a refund. Need help with your transfer link or confirmation email? Contact admin@wellistweek.com.
Escalation
If you have a concern that requires escalation, email admin@wellistweek.com no later than 7 calendar days after the close of the Event. While refunds are not available, we review escalation requests in good faith and may, at our discretion, offer transfer credit toward a future event or documentation for third-party reimbursement (e.g., employer or sponsor).
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If Wellist is postponed or canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified by email at the address provided during registration, and registrations will be transferred to the rescheduled date or, at Wellist's discretion, converted to credit toward a future Wellist event. Cash refunds are not provided except where required by law.
