All content on the Services is owned by Wellist or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes (printing one copy, temporary caching, or enabled social sharing). Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

"Wellist," our logo, and related marks are trademarks of Wellist LLC or its affiliates. You may not use them without permission.

You agree not to violate any laws, exploit minors, transmit harmful content, impersonate others, engage in disruptive or automated activity, upload malware, or attempt unauthorized access.

Interactive features may let you submit content ("User Contributions"). You retain ownership but grant Wellist a license to use, reproduce, and distribute them; they are considered non-confidential. You are responsible for your contributions and must ensure they do not violate laws or third-party rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellist and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

You agree to indemnify Wellist and its affiliates for claims arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Tickets and registrations are sold subject to the Terms & Conditions of Attendance and the Cancellation & Refund Policy, including that all sales are final and non-refundable.

You may link to Wellist's homepage in a fair manner that does not suggest endorsement. Unauthorized framing or linking is prohibited. External links are provided for convenience; Wellist is not responsible for their content.

Wellist is based in the U.S.; Services may be accessed globally, and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services must be filed within one year after it accrues, or it is permanently barred.

Waiver of one provision does not waive others. If any term is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the text-message opt-in box — at registration or in your account settings — you consent to receive text messages from Wellist, including event reminders, schedule changes, account and registration notifications, and other service-related messages. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the events you're registered for. Message and data rates may apply. Supported carriers vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using the Services, and no mobile phone number or consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
