Terms & Conditions of Attendance

"Released Parties" means Wellist LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, vendors, and venue providers.

Registration. To attend the Event, you must complete the official registration process on the Wellist website. Wellist reserves sole discretion to approve or deny admittance.

Admittance. Your approved registration entitles you to attend the Event. All other costs (travel, lodging, etc.) are your sole responsibility, and the Released Parties assume no liability for them.

Use of Likeness. By participating, you grant Wellist the right to record, photograph, or capture your image and likeness in any media, and to use, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise disseminate such materials in perpetuity without further approval or compensation. See also the Media Release.

Event Content. Wellist reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Event, including the name, themes, programming, content, speakers, moderators, venue, and schedule.

Identification. You must present valid photo identification at check-in.

Badge Usage. Event-issued badges must be worn at all times within designated Event spaces.

Visa Requirements. You are solely responsible for meeting any visa or travel-documentation requirements. Failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Badge Sharing & Resale. Your Event badge is personal to you. You may not sell, loan, or share your badge, and you may not resell your registration. Pass transfers to a substitute attendee are permitted only through the official process described under "Pass Transfers." Any breach may result in cancellation without refund.

Photography & Recording. Attendees may not record, film, or broadcast sessions or other elements of the Event without written permission.

Code of Conduct. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Wellist reserves the right to revoke credentials, without refund, of any individual whose conduct is disruptive, offensive, or violates the safety or integrity of the community.

Misuse of Attendee Information. Harvesting or scraping attendee data for unsolicited marketing or outreach is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund and possible legal action under applicable laws.

Payment. All applicable fees must be paid at the time of registration. If your payment is declined or incomplete, Wellist may deny entry without liability.

Taxes. Registration fees may be subject to applicable taxes or duties, which will be added to your total.

No Retroactive Adjustments. Once registered, fees will not be adjusted retroactively based on promotions, sponsorships, or other circumstances.

Special Rates. There are no partial-access or single-day rates. If you register using a discount or special rate not applicable to you, Wellist may charge the difference. Eligibility for special rates is determined solely by Wellist.

Discount Codes. Some discount codes may not be valid in conjunction with other offers.

No Refunds. All registration fees are final and non-refundable.

Pass Transfers. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost, prior to Event check-in, using the official transfer link in your confirmation email and subject to Wellist's approval of the substitute attendee. The new attendee will receive their own confirmation and credentials. A transfer does not entitle you or the substitute attendee to any refund.

Badge Non-Transferable After Check-In. Once a badge or personal event link has been issued and used to check in, it is non-transferable and may not be reassigned.

Speakers. If you pay to attend and are later invited to speak, you are not entitled to a refund.

No Conversion to Sponsor Pass. Paid attendees who later become sponsors are not eligible for pass conversion or fee reimbursement.

You understand that attendance and participation in the Event — including movement, fitness, wellness, longevity, or experiential sessions, demonstrations, the sampling of food or beverages, and use of the venue and its facilities — involves inherent risks, including risk of physical injury, illness (including communicable or infectious disease), emotional distress, and loss of or damage to property. You voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and whether arising from your own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of any venue. You represent that you are in suitable physical condition to participate and that you will consult a physician before participating in any physical activity if you have any doubt about your fitness to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you — on behalf of yourself and your heirs — release, waive, and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to your registration for or attendance at the Event, including claims for personal injury, illness, or property loss or theft, except to the extent caused by a Released Party's gross negligence or willful misconduct. This release does not apply where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your participation in the Event, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

In the event of injury or illness, you authorize Wellist to secure emergency medical treatment on your behalf at your expense. Wellist is not responsible for the cost or outcome of any such treatment.

Wellist is committed to protecting your privacy. The Event's Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your information. You can choose whether to allow exhibitors to receive your contact information. If you allow your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, you are giving Wellist permission to share your registration details with that exhibitor.

All intellectual property associated with the Event — including content, logos, materials, and session recordings — is the property of Wellist, its sponsors, or respective speakers. You may not reproduce or use any intellectual property or trademarks without prior written consent. This Agreement grants you no rights or licenses to Wellist's intellectual property, which remains the sole property of Wellist LLC.

The Event and all related materials are provided "as is." The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Event's content, schedule, or outcomes, and disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and accuracy.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Released Parties are not liable for any damages or losses related to the Event, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability of the Released Parties under this Agreement shall not exceed the registration fee you paid.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct).

Failure by Wellist to enforce any part of this Agreement is not a waiver of its rights.

Wellist shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the rest shall remain in effect.

This Agreement is non-transferable by you except as expressly permitted under "Pass Transfers." It is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and all disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Any party prevailing in a legal dispute may recover reasonable legal fees.

This document represents the full understanding between you and Wellist regarding Event participation and supersedes any prior agreements. No changes are valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

This Agreement does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and Wellist.
