Question 1

What is Wellist Week?

Question 2

What is The Forum, and how is it different from the Week?

Accepted Answer

The Forum is the three-day B2B core of the Week — 40+ talks across multiple stages in Miami, plus the Forum Party and the attendee directory. Your pass tier determines how much of the Week you can access.

Accepted Answer

The Forum takes place Wednesday–Friday, April 14–16, 2027 in Miami. The opening-night Forum Party is on Wednesday, April 14.

Question 4

What are the pass tiers?

Question 7

Are there single-day or partial-access passes?

Accepted Answer

Question 8

How is the Stakeholder Rate determined?

Accepted Answer

Question 9

What is the Wellist Network?

Accepted Answer

The year-round member community behind Wellist Week: a directory of founders, investors, operators, and clinicians; messaging and meetings that land on both calendars; and Access Keys you earn and spend across the ecosystem.

Question 10

What do Listed and Keyed mean?

Accepted Answer

Listed is the free tier. Keyed (295/year) is the working tier: the whole directory, findable and reachable; meetings that land on calendars; and 30 Access Keys toward dinners, experiences, and your pass to the Week.

Question 11

How do I join?

Accepted Answer

Apply at wellistweek.com/join. Two ways in: a short application reviewed by a person - expect a decision within 7 days - or a member's invite code, which skips the application entirely.

Question 12

I have a friend's invite code - what does it do?

Accepted Answer

Enter it in the "Have an invite code?" box at /join: you skip the application and you're in immediately as a Listed member. The same code also takes 10% off passes at /passes.

Question 13

Do pass holders get Network access?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Wellist Week pass includes Keyed membership privileges.

Question 14

What are Access Keys?

Accepted Answer

The Network's currency, worth $10 per key. You earn keys by contributing - completing your profile, inviting members, nominating and voting, reporting how meetings went, checking in at events - and spend them in the Keys Shop on event tickets, dinners, and pass upgrades. Keyed membership starts you with 30.

Question 15

Does a Forum pass get me into the rest of Wellist Week?

Accepted Answer

A Forum pass covers the Forum (talks, Forum Party, directory). All-Access includes satellite-event access and peer matching.
