1. Photography & Recording
The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded; your image, voice, and likeness may be captured in still and moving formats.
2. Grant of Rights
You grant Wellist LLC an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and publish any media featuring you, across promotional, editorial, advertising, social-media, livestream, on-demand, and other commercial or non-commercial uses, in any media now known or later developed.
3. No Compensation
You receive no compensation or ownership rights; captured media remains the sole property of Wellist LLC.
4. Voluntary
Your participation constitutes consent. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify the Organizer in writing before the event and avoid media-capture zones.
5. Release
You release and hold harmless Wellist LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of your image, likeness, or voice in accordance with this release.
